FOR ANY PERIOD WITHOUT A QUALIFIER, THE PROMOTION EXTENDS AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD. QUALIFYING PERIODS ARE EVERY 20 MINUTES.

HIGH HAND PROMOTION RULES

1. Must be 21 or older.
2. The Morning High Hand Hustle has a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of tens.
3. Daytime & Late Night High Hand Promotions have a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces.
4. Unless stated, in the event there is no qualifying high hand, there will be no rollovers.
5. During the Daily Late Night promotions, if there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period.
6. There are rollovers on daytime promotions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays (4/5 & 4/12), and Saturdays (4/6 & 4/13). If there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period.
7. There will be no ties. You must beat the posted high hand.
8. In all High Hand promotions, if two identical qualifying high hands occur on the same hand, the prize will be split. If the pot is split, the high hand award will be split.
9. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.
10. Players must use two hole cards combined with 3 board cards to qualify.
11. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards. Must be the winning hand.
12. Hands must be verified by a supervisor.
13. Winners must be present.
14. Must be playing in Jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em game.
15. Short-handed games (3 or less players) are not eligible for jackpots and will not be subject to the jackpot drop.
16. Players can win more than one prize.
17. On announcement of the completion of the period or the clock sounding, the period is over. Any new high hands will apply to the next time period.
18. The Morning High Hand Hustle runs daily and begins at 9:00AM. The first 15 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Tens) win $400. On Wednesdays, the Morning High Hand Hustle payout increases from $400 to $599.
19. During the High Hand Hustle, you may tie a high hand and qualify as long as that ranks you in the first 15 of the high hands.
20. Unless stated, the daytime promotions begin immediately after the 15th High Hand Hustle hand has been hit. See rules 21 & 22.
21. On April 19, 20, 26, & 27, if the Morning High Hand Hustle has not ended by 12:00PM, the Hustle promotion ends and the April Fools Drawings promotion begins.
22. On April 19, 20, 26, & 27, during the April Fools Drawings promotion: The High Hand winner will have the option to take the guaranteed $400 prize or draw an envelope from the drum. Once a decision is made, either they accept the $400 payout or draw an envelope, their decision cannot be changed. The drum contains 50 envelopes with the following prizes: $5,000(3 envelopes), $2,500(4), $1,000(5), $599(10), and $100(28). All envelopes will be opened at the end of the promotion to verify the prizes. Complete rules and details available at the registration desk.
23. During the Wednesday &Thursday daytime promotions, $599 total will be paid out every hour at the top of the hour until Midnight. The $599 high hand is awarded to the player in which the period ends at :00. This payout is not in addition to the regularly scheduled payout, it’s a total payout of $599.
24. In place of the regularly scheduled promotions on Monday, April 15, the “Tax Relief Day” promotions will run. During the morning High Hand Hustle, the first 15 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Tens) win $599. The daytime promotions begin immediately after the 15th High Hand Hustle hand has been hit, and will award $599 high hands every 30 minutes. If there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period.
25. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of these promotions, shall be disqualified. This includes slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next time period.
26. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.
27. Funds will come from the Reserve Jackpot.
28. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion. 

TAX RELIEF DAY PROMOTION RULES

1. Must be 21 or older.
2. The Morning High Hand Hustle has a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of tens.
3. Daytime & Late Night High Hand Promotions have a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces.
4. Unless stated, in the event there is no qualifying high hand, there will be no rollovers.

Subsequent full periods will have the prize money roll over to the next period if not hit..

In this case, unless it is a unanimous decision between the winners, the players will split the guaranteed prize of $400. If they both agree to the drawing, the person with the lowest seat number will draw the Envelope. The seat directly to the dealer’s left is seat 1, to the right is seat 8.
6. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.
7. Players must use two hole cards combined with 3 board cards to qualify.
8. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards. Must be the winning hand.

17. The April Fools Drawing promotion runs Friday, April 19 & 26 & Saturday, April 20 & 27. It begins at Noon, with qualifying starting at 12:00PM and the first winner awarded at 12:20PM. All periods are 20 minutes.
18. The April Fools Drawing promotion is scheduled to run until Midnight. For each period that there is no winner, the promotion will extend an additional period.
19. The High Hand winner will have the option to take the guaranteed $400 prize or draw an envelope from the drum. Once a decision is made, either they accept the $400 payout or draw an envelope, their decision cannot be changed. The drum contains 50 envelopes with the following prizes: $5,000(3 envelopes), $2,500(4), $1,000(5), $599(10), and $100(28). All envelopes will be opened at the end of the promotion to verify the prizes.
20. Envelopes will be drawn out of a drum by the winner. The drum will be located at the 1st floor registration stand.
21. The Late Night promotion will begin at the conclusion of The April Fools Drawings promotion.
22. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of these promotions, shall be disqualified. This includes slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next time period.
23. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.
24. Funds will come from the Reserve Jackpot.
25. All prizes are subject to state and federal tax regulations. Winners must produce a valid, non-expired ID per IRS regulations.
26. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.
